This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that this matter is covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No.7973 of 2018 disposed of on 04.04.2019, since the writ petition of other similar 43 applicants have already been disposed of in terms of that order, but this matter has been left out as against remaining two applicants. It is further contended that Original Application is still pending consideration.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 04.04.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No. 7973 of 2018 with condition that the interim order passed on 19.07.2018 by this Court shall continue till final disposal of the Original Application, which is pending consideration before this Court. 4.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
