Learned counsel, who had filed the Appeal being so authorized by the Appellant submits that the Appellant having died in the meantime, he has taken all such possible steps to contact his legal representatives in order to further pursue the Appeal by taking steps for substitution of said legal representatives. He submits that for the purpose he having prayed for accommodation on the earlier occasion, this court was pleased to grant. He, however, submits that all such sincere attempts have gone in vain and no development has taken place in getting any response. He, therefore, expresses his inability to do the needful in pursuing the Appeal further. 3.

In view of the above, the Appeal stands dismissed as to have abated. No order as to cost.
