This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 8th March, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.216 of 2003. 3.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that no step has been taken for listing the matter after filing of RPFAM on 4th June, 2011. There is also delay in filing the RPFAM. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays further adjournment to take instruction in the matter. 5.

In view of the fact that more than eleven years have already elapsed in the meantime and no step has been taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner to get the matter listed to consider the question of limitation, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made by learned counsel for the Petitioner. 6.
