Even though notice was issued to the opposite parties on 14.05.2013, but till date requisites have not been filed. In the meantime, though more than nine years have been passed but the petitioners have not filed requisites for issuance of notice to the opposite parties, which shows that the petitioners are not vigilant of its own conduct.

In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 14.05.2013. Ashok/PCD (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (S.K. MISHRA) JUDGE
