Opposite Party CORAM: JUSTICE S. PUJAHARI Order No.
ORDER
04.05.2022 06.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 2nd May, 2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Patrapur in I.C.C. No.04 of 2011 wherein cognizance of the offences under Sections 294, 354, 379,506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. has been taken against them.
3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in the matter from his clients. To that effect, a memo dated 4th May, 2022 has been filed.
4.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the fact that the case is of the year 2011, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.
5.
Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
