This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is seen that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court by order dated 17.06.2021 in I.A. No.592 of 2021 and he was directed to surrender on completion of interim bail period of 15 days.

It is brought to the notice of the Court by learned counsel for the State that petitioner has not surrendered and the same is also borne out from the communication received from the learned Additions District-cum-Special Judge, Gunupur in letter 15.07.2021 addressed to this Court.

Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has misused the trust reposed in him, this bail applications stands dismissed. 6.

The D.C.P. Bhubaneswar is called upon to take steps for apprehension of the accused person and submit a report.

List this matter in the week starting from 8th of August, 2022 along with the report regarding the steps taken for apprehension of the accused.
