2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Gop P.S. Case No.38 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.263 of 2014 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.

4. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.

5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
