This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 1791 of 2022 arising out of Dhama P.S. Case No. 70 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections341/323/506/507/354/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Sambalpur by Order dtd. 02.06.2022 in Bail Application No. 528 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that the investigation has already been concluded in the meanwhile and release of the co-accused by
the learned Court in seisin over the matter by Order dtd. 21.06.2022 in Bail Application No. 655 of 2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, 6.
The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
