ORDER

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. This CONTC has been filed by the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 23.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5036 of 2022 directing the Opposite Party/ Contemnor to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of that order.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education draws attention of this Court

// 2 // to the letter dated 03.09.2022 of the District Education Officer, Cuttack and submits that transfer proposal of the Petitioner will be placed before the District Level Transfer Committee for consideration of his prayer.

5. Since the order dated 23.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5036 of 2022 has been complied with by directing the District Education Officer, Cuttack to consider the prayer of the Petitioner during the ensuing transfer season and the District Education Officer, Cuttack has stated in the aforesaid letter that the transfer proposal of the Petitioner will be placed before the District Level Transfer Committee for consideration of his prayer, this CONTC is disposed of as dropped.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
