This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of Second Appeal Nos.405 and 406 of 2019 and Second Appeal No.137 of 2021 stated to be pending before the Registrar, Odisha Information Commission, Bhubaneswar. 3.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the relief claimed in this writ petition. However, the Petitioner, if so advised, may file an application for early disposal of Second Appeal Nos.405 and 406 of 2019 and Second Appeal No.137 of 2021 stated to be pending before the Registrar, Odisha Information Commission, Bhubaneswar stating the grounds therein and in that event, the Commission should make an endeavour for consideration of the application in accordance with law at an early date and proceed with the matter accordingly.

This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
