Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client made representation dated 12th April, 2022 to the Collector (opposite party no.2), claiming compensation on damage caused to his property. The representation has not been considered. He seeks direction upon said opposite party to consider and deal with the representation.

Ms. Pattnaik, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly considered.
