1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy with an appeal as provided in the statute in accordance with law. The appeal be filed not later than 9th December, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay citing the pendency of the present writ petition is the reason for delay. The same shall be considered in its merit by the Appellate body. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for with the above terms.
