This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner for change of nomenclature of the present CRLMP to W.P.(C).

Heard Mr. K. Pratihari, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Considering the grounds taken in this application and on perusal of the report of the Stamp Reporter, the prayer for change of nomenclature is allowed. Registry is directed to reregister the present CRLMP as W.P(C) and do the S.R. afresh. 4.

The I.A. is disposed of.
