3. The Petitioner is in custody since 24th April, 2021 in connection with Bolangir Town P.S. Case No.573/2021 corresponding to S.C. Case No.58/2022 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Bolangir for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 302/201 of I.P.C.
