This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the Parties.

In para - 4 and 5 of the order dated 18.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.6845 of 2022, the word "Nayagarh" be corrected and substituted by the word "Itamati".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to make necessary correction in the ABLAPL application in court today, so far as the name of the P.S. is concerned.

Three weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 18.07.2022, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining the same.

Order dated 18.07.2022 is modified to the above extent only, and the I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
