Heard Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Mr. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that on completion of investigation in connection with Niali P.S. Case No. 349 of 2021 registered for commission of offence under Sections302/34, I.P.C., the Final Report dated 27.04.2022 has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court.

In such background, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the matter. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
