Perused the prisoner's petition at Flag-A, whereby he has indicated his inclination to engage Mr. Sangram Rath as his counsel, who has accordingly filed Vakalatnama. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to move afresh at later stage, if so advised.

Accordingly, the Bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with such liberty.
