This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate.

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:

" Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or ay other appropriate writ/writs by directing the Opp.Parties to reinstate the Petitioner in his service by quashing the order under Annexure-4.

And further be pleased to direct the Opp.Parties to grant all consequential and service benefits to the Petitioner. Or pass such other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that highlighting his grievance, the Petitioner has submitted a detailed representation before the Secretary, Agriculture and Food Production, Orissa, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.1 on

// 2 // 17.08.2021 under Annexure-6. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending without consideration as of now. He also submits that a direction may be given to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated time.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties on the other hand submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.1, which is stated to be pending, within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner, shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
