The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 23rd May, 2022 (Annexure-6) passed by the SubRegistrar, Rajgangpur, whereby he refused to register a deed of rectification executed by Opposite Party No.5, namely, Radhe Shyam Sharma.

In course of hearing, Mr. Baral, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files an appeal under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908 assailing the order impugned herein and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
