CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
8.7.2022 01.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
Order No.
2.
Referring to the document at Annexure-6, a claim is made by the Petitioner that in spite of a complaint to the Collector, Angul, O.P.2 for considering a case under Section 26 of the O.G.P. Act, the Collector is not initiating any proceeding and there is unnecessary pending of such complaint. Even though there is no material to establish that if such complaint has been served on the Collector, looking to the averments made herein, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition observing that in the event the Collector of the District, O.P.2 is in receipt of such complaint, he shall do well in registering the Complaint under Section 26 of the O.G.P. Act and deciding the matter in accordance with law but however involving the parties concerned.
