This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. The petitioner by way of this application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C seeks to quash the order taking cognizance passed on 11.09.2015 by learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No. 3947 of 2014. Further, this Court by an order passed on 18.04.2019 in the present CRLMC had directed the petitioner to file requisites within three working days for issuance of notice to opposite party No.3 but the said order has not yet been complied. The CRLMC is pending since 29.04.2016 and in the meantime, seven years have already been elapsed from passing of the impugned order. This Court, therefore, entertains a reasonable doubt as to whether the cause of action still survives for the petitioner.

In that view of that matter, especially when no one had appeared today at the time of call, the CRLMC is dismissed.
