2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- " Direct the Opp. Parties to implement the order of the Orissa Administrative Tribunal dated 13.02.2019 in O.A. No.180©/2019 by allowing the similar benefits of Grade pay Rs.5400/- towards 2nd financial up gradation under RACPs on completion of 20 year of service in view of the principles decided in O.A. No. 2809/2018 and batch vide order dt.04.12.2018, which has already been implemented by the opp. parties in respect of other similarly situated persons."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-2 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this

// 2 // Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, taking into account the order passed under Annexure-1, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.
