1. This application has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.19053 of 2008, which was dismissed for default vide order dated 6th January, 2015.

2. Since no notice was issued in the original writ petition itself, the Court does not consider it necessary to issue notice in the present CMAPL No.57 of 2015.

3. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.

4. The order dated 6th January, 2015 dismissing W.P.(C) No.19053 of 2008 is hereby recalled and the said writ petition is restored. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (M.S. Raman) Judge M. Panda
