Considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner for early disposal of the Mutation Case No.844 of 2022 and as this Court finds, on entertainment of the Mutation Case No.844 of 2022 notice has already been issued to the Opposite Parties/parties likely to be affected since 11.04.2022, this Court directs, in the event service of notice on the Opposite Parties in Mutation Case No.844 of 2022 are already made sufficient, all attempts shall be made by the Tahasildar, Keonjhar to dispose of the Mutation Case No.844 of 2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
