None appears for the Appellants in this Appeal of the year 2011, which lying on board without being admitted. Learned counsel, who had filed this Appeal on behalf of the Appellants, has submitted a memo on 7.9.2020 mentioning that the brief has been taken away by the Appellants for engaging some other lawyer.

Record reveals that no such developments have taken place by engaging any other lawyer by the Appellants. 3.
