In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty to move the Trial Court afresh as in the meantime, 11 prosecution witnesses out of 22 cited charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined and therefore, there has been lot of developments. 3.

Granting the liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for grant of bail afresh before the Trial Court by citing all the developments which have taken place in the meantime as also the factum of long period of detention of the Petitioner in custody for being taken into consideration in their proper perspective; this BLAPL stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
