1. Mr. Rajeet Roy, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners points out that Opposite Party No.2 has informed the trial court that the matter has been compromised. In the circumstances, he requests that a direction be issued to the trial court to expeditiously conclude the proceedings in accordance with law.

2. Leaving it open to the trial court to proceed further in the matter in view of the above development, the Court declines to interfere at this stage. Nevertheless, it will be open to the Petitioners to request the trial court to expedite the matter.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
