Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that there has been already admission of R.P. No.59 of 2022. 3.

In the event the matter is already admitted and there is completion of pleading, the Petitioner is directed to file a Petition for expeditious hearing of the R.P. Proceeding within ten days. In such event the Competent Authority shall do well in taking a decision for expeditious hearing of R.P. No.59 of 2022 within a reasonable time. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
