This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the bail application has been disposed of by order dated 18.07.2022 giving liberty to surrender in first hour but inadvertently the claim of parity on behalf of the petitioner has been left out in the said order and extension of time has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions, it is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 18.07.2022, if he surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar and claim for parity within three week from today.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
