The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the illegal rejection of his nomination in the ensuing Co-operative Society Election for election in respect of Uparjhar Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society. 3.

Since the Petitioner has statutory remedy to raise the issue by filing a properly constituted election dispute under the provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may file a properly constituted election dispute in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
