Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioners being in custody in G.R. Case No.440 of 2018, arising out of Naikanidihi P.S. Case No.124 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhadrak, have filed this petition for their release on bail. 4.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners do not want to press this bail application but a direction may be issued to the learned trial court to dispose of the aforesaid case within a stipulated period.

In such view of the matter, this BLAPL stands disposed of as not pressed.

However, this Court hopes and trusts that the trial court shall dispose of the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months hence.
