1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. Counsel for the Bank files a Memo stating therein that the Opposite Party has complied with the order dated 17.07.2019 passed in OJC No. 4336 of 2002 in Court today. The same be kept on record.

3. Counsel for the Bank further states that the present CONTC has become infructuous as the Income Tax Department has paid the entire amount along with interest qua the sale of the secured asset under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
