This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The Petitioners by filing this application has prayed for further appropriate order in continuance of earlier order dated 14.12.2022 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.6883 of 2022 in view of changes in the circumstances.

Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that further keeping in view the present situation as to establishment of new Court and transfer of case to that newly established Court, the name of the Court as finds mention in order dated 14.12.2022 as "J.M.F.C. (C), Cuttack" be read as "J.M.F.C. (IV), Cognizance Taking, Cuttack" and treated to have been so corrected.

In view of the above, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners is extended by twenty one (21) days more with effect from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
