This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.6884 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 18.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but in 3rd line of paragraph4, the court name has been wrongly mentioned as "S.D.J.M., Jajpur Road" instead of "S.D.J.M., Jajpur" and 2nd line of paragraph-5, the name of the police station has been wrongly mentioned as "Binijharpur Police Station" instead of "Binjharpur Police Station", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 2nd line of paragraph-4 of

// 2 // the order dated 18.07.2022 it be mentioned as "S.D.J.M., Jajpur" in place of "S.D.J.M., Jajpur Road" and 2nd line of paragraph-5 it be mentioned as "Binjharpur Police Station" in place of "Binijharpur Police Station", rest part of the order remaining the same and the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 18.07.2022, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur on or before 14th of September, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
