This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in Pipili P.S. Case No.185 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.286 of 2014 for alleged commission of offence under section- 147/148/336/323/ 325/294/506/307/452/427/379/149 of the IPC read with section-25 of the Arms Act pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili, has filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case within a period of two weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such

// 2 // developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective including the order dated 10.04.2015 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.2492 of 2015 and disposed of early in accordance with law.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
