This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ application has been disposed of by order dated 20.06.2022 but, in 6th line of Paragraph-3 of the said order, it has been inadvertently typed out as "father" instead of "mother-in-law", in the said line the date of expire has mentioned as "29.07.2014" instead of "28.09.2012", 8th line of the said paragraph of the said order it has mentioned as "17.12.2021" instead of "06.05.2019" and 12th line of the said paragraph it has mentioned as "Annexure-2" instead of "Annexure-3" and in 4th line of Paragraph-5 of the said order in advertently it has mentioned as "two weeks from today" instead of
// 2 // "three weeks from today". Hence, modification has been sought for. 4.
Accordingly, it is directed that in 6th line of Paragraph-3 of the said order dated 20.06.2022, it be mentioned as "mother-in-law" in place of "father", in the said line it be mentioned as "28.09.2012" in place of "29.07.2014", in 8th line of the said paragraph of the said order it be mentioned as "06.05.2019" in place of "17.12.2021" and in 12th line of the said paragraph of the said order it be mentioned as "Annexure-3" in place of "Annexure-2" and in 4th line of paragraph5 of the said order, it is be mentioned as "three weeks from today" in place of "two weeks from today", rest part of the remaining the same.

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
