This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

In this writ application, the prayer has been made to quash the advertisement bearing No.

dated 29.04.2022 for stone quary on long term lease basis for Sl. No. 7 and 8 qua Tulunda Stone Quary.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners intend to file a representation before the Collector, Subarnapur (Opposite Party No.4) highlighting the stand taken in the writ petition and the same may be considered in accordance with law.

The learned counsel for the State has no objection to such prayer.

// 2 // In view of the limited nature of grievance made in the writ application, the writ application is disposed of directing the Petitioners to file a representation before the Opposite Party No. 4 within a period of four weeks from today highlighting their grievance relating to issue, the same shall be considered and disposed of after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner no.1 (Niranjan Sahu) within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the representation and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner no.1.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
