This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Assistant General Manager (Electrical), B.C.D.D. No.1, TPCODL, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.6 to provide power supply to the shop room of the Petitioner in Kiosk No.49 situated at Raj Mahal to Master Canteeen Square under Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation.

In course of hearing, Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of pendency of W.P.(C) No.36621 of 2020 in respect of the self-same shop room and the interim order passed therein, interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner prays for the aforesaid relief after disposal of the said writ petition. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to renew his prayer after disposal of W.P.(C) No.36621 of 2020, if necessary.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to move a fresh one, if cause of action subsists after disposal of W.P.(C) NO.36621 of 2020. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
