This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail application in Court today.

This is an application for extension of time. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners were granted with anticipatory bail vide ABLAPL No.6896 of 2022 by order dated 18.07.2022 but inadvertently the case number has been wrongly mentioned, which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application.

Accordingly, it is directed that in paragraph-6 of the order

// 2 // dated 18.07.2022 it be mentioned as "Special (SC/ST) Case No.119 of 2022" instead of "Special (SC/ST) Case No.56 of 2022", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioners can avail the benefit of the said order on surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks hence. 7.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
