Counsel for the Petitioner states that the order dated 18th July, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11082 of 2019 has been duly complied with after filing of the present contempt petition, upon passing of an order dated 9th October, 2020 by Executive Engineer, Angul (R & B) Division, Angul rejecting the claim of enhanced statutory minimum wages, for which the Petitioner has already availed his remedy. 3.

In view of the above, this present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
