This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cognizance of offence was taken by the learned trial Court on an incomplete charge sheet and thereby the valuable right of the petitioner to get default bail under section 167(2) of Cr.P.C. has been defeated and he intends to file an application for default bail in the Court below and seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn.
