This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offences under Sections 341/294/323/307/506/34, I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a tussle between two groups regarding selling of Bhogas and no case is made out under Section 307, I.P.C. against the Petitioner. 5.

Learned counsel for the State, on verification of the Case Diary submits that the injuries are simple in nature. 6.

Considering the nature of allegation, the facts of the case and the injuries, which are stated to be simple in nature, it is directed that

// 2 // the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer, in the event of his arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Puri Town P.S. Case No.116 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.800 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
