This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in paragraph-3 of the order dated 18.07.2022, inadvertently, "Section 12 of the Orissa Mines and Mineral (Prevention of Theft and Smuggling Activities) Act and Section 51 of the Orissa Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2016" has not been written and due to such mistake, the petitioners could not surrender before the learned court below in time. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender.

Considering the submissions, it is further directed that the

// 2 // words "Section 12 of the Orissa Mines and Mineral (Prevention of Theft and Smuggling Activities) Act and Section 51 of the Orissa Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2016" be inserted after the words "I.P.C.", rest part of the order remaining the same and the petitioners can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 18.07.2022, if the petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur on or before 14th of September, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
