Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Perused the copy of the F.I.R. Considered the materials placed by learned counsels for the parties.

Taking into consideration the facts and submission and nature of allegation against the petitioners, it is directed that the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer, in the event of their arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Bhanjanagar P.S. Case No.306 of 2007 corresponding to G.R. Case No.756 of 2007 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
