This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for correction of the name of the father of the petitioner no.3-Prafulla Pradhan @ Kissan. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the name of the petitioner no.3-Prafulla Pradhan @ Kissan, S/o-Kumar Pradhan @ Kissan. Hence, the I.A. has been filed for correction. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction so far as the name of the father of the petitioner no.3 is concerned.

Considering the submissions, it is further directed that the

// 2 // necessary correction is allowed and they can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 18.07.2022, if they surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda on or before 25th of August, 2022 as last chance.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
