This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to illness of ailing father of the petitioner, the petitioner has surrendered before the learned court below in time. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender. 5.

Considering the submissions, it is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 18.07.2022, if he surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur on or before 9th of September, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
