This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was released on bail vide order dated 18.07.2022 for commission of offence punishable under Sections 323/325/294/506, I.P.C. However, later on offence under Section 307, I.P.C. was added to that. Therefore, the Petitioner approached this Court for modification of the order dated 18.07.2022.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, it is directed that the order dated 18.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.6923 of 2022 shall be given effect to subject to verification of the Injury Report. In the event the injuries caused to

// 2 // the injured are found to be grievous in nature, then the aforesaid bail order dated 18.07.2022 shall stand revoked automatically. 5.

However, four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, as per order dated 18.07.2022, other conditions in the said order remaining the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
