1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. It is submitted that charge sheet mentions 18 witnesses in all, but because of a typographical error in enumeration of the witnesses, it has been wrongly mentioned as 19 witnesses. According to learned counsel for the Petitioner all the witnesses have been examined. Since the case is at the fag end of the trial, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail at this stage.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with direction to the court below to conclude the trial within a month with liberty to renew his prayer if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period.

4. Considering the submissions as above, permission is granted with liberty as aforesaid. The court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
