This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that though there is no F.I.R. lodged or registered, but the Police is threatening the Petitioners and harassing them. 4.
Since there is no F.I.R. lodged or registered, this Court does not have any scope to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is open for the Petitioners to move appropriate application before this Court for protection of their rights and liberty, as have been guaranteed under the Constitution of India. 5.
