None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on the last three consecutive dates on 28.10.2022, 16.11.2022 and 30.11.2022.

In view of the aforesaid fact, especially when no one had appeared for the petitioner to move today or on the last three consecutive dates, it pre supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
